Körper – Wissen – Haut – Archiv
Die im Makromodus aufgenommenen Hautbilder der Teilnehmer:innen des Medienprojekts Hautkontakt bilden das Bildmaterial des sogenannten „Hautarchivs“. Diese Aufnahmen werden im Raum projiziert – nicht auf eine Leinwand, sondern auf alle Objekte und Personen, deren Farbe und Material dies zulassen.
Aus dem „Hautarchiv“ wird Bildmaterial nach thematischen Gesichtspunkten zusammengestellt. Die Projektion stellt die einzige Lichtquelle im Raum dar.
Performer:innen agieren innerhalb des Projektionsraums. Ihre Haut oder ihre Kleidung wird zur Projektionsfläche, ihre Körper reflektieren die Haut anderer. Durch Bewegung, Stimme und Text reagieren die Performer:innen auf die projizierten Bilder, den Raum und seine Atmosphäre. Sie treten in Beziehung zueinander und mit dem Raum selbst. Das Publikum ist Teil dieses Geschehens.

Body – Knowledge – Skin – Archive
The skin of the participants in the media project Hautkontakt, recorded in macro mode, forms the visual material of the so-called “Skin Archive.” These images are projected into the space—not onto a screen, but onto all objects and people whose color and material allow for projection.
From the “Skin Archive,” image material is selected and assembled according to thematic aspects. The projector is the only source of light in the space.
Performers act within the projection environment. Their skin or clothing becomes the projection surface; their bodies reflect the skin of others. Through movement, voice, and text, the performers respond to the projected images, the space, and its atmosphere, entering into relationships with one another and with the space itself. The audience is part of this process.
